Annual Report and Accounts
All Academy Trusts are required to produce a set of audited statutory accounts. Our accounts for the period September 2015 - August 2016 are now available to download.
The Funding Agreement is the contract between the Secretary of State for Education and the Academy and sets out the terms on which we are funded. Following our conversion to Multi Academy Trust status in 2015, we have a Deed of Variation to our Funding Agreement which is attached along with our original Funding Agreement for Chorlton High School, plus the Funding Agreement for Newall Green High School. Note the Articles of Association appended to our original Funding Agreement have been updated to the Cooperative Articles which are attached separately.
Memorandum of Association (MOA)
This is a legal document required in setting up a company and is a statement that the subscribers wish to form a company under the 2006 Companies Act. This is included as an Appendix to the attached Funding Agreement.
Articles of Association
This document defines our purpose as a company as well as the duties and responsibilities of our members.
Scheme of Delegation
Our Scheme of Delegation for Governance outlines the Governance Structure of the Trust and details any delegated responsibilities to Boards, Committees and individuals.
